To manage the centuries-old permanent endowment of Clitheroe Royal Grammar School so as:1. To provide the School with such benefits of any kind as may from time to time be agreed between the Governors of the School and the Trustees of the Foundation and:2. To promote the education of students at the School and former students under 25, who are in need of financial assistance.
